Michelle is a highly experienced Data Privacy and Financial Crime professional with over 15 years of experience working in regulated industries, law enforcement, and large organisations. Michelle specialises in protecting personal data and ensuring businesses follow privacy laws like GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and global regulations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Her work includes reviewing contracts to ensure data privacy rules are met, advising on secure data transfers, and making sure new IT systems and third-party services comply with privacy laws. Michelle has led major data privacy projects, created policies, trained teams across different departments, and guided businesses through complex compliance challenges. With a Master’s in Financial Investigations & Financial Crime and advanced certifications in AML and GDPR, Michelle has the expertise to handle high-risk situations and keep organisations compliant with ever-changing regulations.
